You have to pull it apart. you need to pulse it at a point before the circuit board. the charger clips are after. I just did 3 batteries each for about 1 minute they all revived. I did see a version where someone drilled thru the case at a point where the contacts are rather than dissemble. but I think that would expose the system to moisture.

I was given the following as part of the response: "Testing Dell Laptop batteries, can however, be a challenge as in many cases they have a protection circuit in the batteries which doesn't allow it to "handshake" or communicate with the analyzer to get the charge going." 1. Is there any reliable way to get around the handshake issue? 2. How do I know which Dell laptop batteries have that problem? 3.
