Hi, I have a laptop battery which is suspect. However, I am not sure whether it is a problem with the cells or a problem with the way the laptop is charging the battery. I have opened up the battery. It is organised into three pairs of cells. Each pair is connected in parallel. Do not get battery acid or the white/yellow corrosion on the batteries on your skin or clothing as this acid can burn and destroy material in a very short time.
