I have a HP Pavilion laptop which is around one year old, it's very rarely used only a few hours use. I purchased a replacement battery for Acer S3 391. Battery model isAP11D3F, AP11D4F. Battery was charged very slowly, but was able to be charged to 100% after 24 hours. But the battery is not able to start the laptop without external power supply plugged in. When unplugged the external power supply, the machine turned off instantly. Voltmeter cannot detect any voltatge output from the battery connectors. "Powercfg -energy" report shows no problem about the battery. Please help.
