Hi I replaced my laptops battery cells. Now when I connect the battery to laptop it says fully charged but when I unplug the AC adaptor the laptop shuts down imidiately like I have no battery on it. I checked all connections and all it's fine. The plus and minus terminals of the battery have zero volts but the cells have 11.5 volts. I use the resistor to activate the solid-state switch but with no luck. I have to mention that I replaced the cells without keeping "alive" the circuit board. Why is this happening? Is there any way to bypass the board? thanks

I have a laptop Apple MacBook Pro. Batteries after reaching 1051 cycles has been disabled and the message "Replace Battery" displays., But good battery and a charge of 80% will not use it. Is there any way to activate the battery? Thank you
