Apparently lithium ion batteries should be "pulse" charged. Which means you hold your wires down for 15 seconds or so, then release them. Then hold them down again. Over and over.
I didn't shoot a video, but with power meter you can watch the current pulse. The battery will take 0.5A for a second or two, then 0.7A for another second or two, and then back to 0.5A. And as the charging process progresses the amperage levels increase gradually, but always pulsing.

i found as a temporary battery i can use a 12 volt and a 6 volt battery wired in series to make 18 volts and then solder it onto my laptops old broken charger cable works great i just had the idea the other day and to charge them i just use a lead acid battery charger i can charge them while it is plugged into the laptop the laptop doesnt care still keeps running and will work for most laptops as 18 volts is pretty standard.

Step 1: To fix a broken ebike battery, you will need to take the battery pack out of its hard protective casing so that you can get to the cell groups.
Description: These are compulsory for your safety when you deal with Lead acid batteries. The acid in batteries are extremely painful and corrosive if it ever enters your eyes.
Our battery reconditioning process is not invasive, does not use chemicals and is completely electronic. We use a frequency pulse to break down sulfate crystals that build up along the plates over time. Our process transforms these crystals back to active material allowing electrons to flow freely through the plates again. A reconditioned battery can last for more than two years and in many cases the process can be repeated.
Desulfation is quite a tedious and time-consuming process, but worth every second given its effectiveness. Desulfation is not as complex as it is made out to be. Firstly, you should remove the Lead sulfate build up. Next, clean the deposits with the help of Magnesium Sulfate or Epsom Salt. With Epsom Salt, distilled water and a regular Lead acid battery charger, you are ready! But for safety purposes, please ensure to put on protective gloves and eyewear. Take some clean and dry Epsom Salt into a dry cup. For an averaged sized battery, measure about 10 tablespoons of Epsom Salt. The distilled water should be heated up to temperature around boiling point. Add distilled water to Epsom salt to forma thick liquid and stir it properly to dissolve Epsom Salt well. Pour the mixture of distilled water and Epsom salt into every battery cell battery as much as possible. Plug in your charger after having the battery covered and set the charger for High Amps (high current). It is advisable not to use smart charger for more readable meter. Meter only shows two possibilities-“zero” or “charged”. Depending on the extent of sulfation, the entire process might take some time. Next, switch it over to low current and keep it charging until it is full. Once the battery is fully charged, discharge it and charge it again. The current should be low this time. Charging on low current enables the Epsom Salt to break sown the lead sulfate deposits on the battery. When you charge it on the second try, it is finally ready to soar! You can repeat the desulfation process for maximum five times on any battery which can extend its lifespan by years.
Characteristics: For reconditioning, any charger would do. It is paired up with resistor so as to reduce voltage in case you fear for the safety of battery damaged by charger,. One can use old battery charger as well for reconditioning batteries. You can directly attach them by wires to the battery.

Swollen Battery is a pretty dangerous symptom and it should be treated immediately to prevent any further damage to iPhone and its other components such as Display. Typically, we have experienced from our customers that this happens if your iPhone is water damaged but several other reasons such as overcharging (overnight charging), using non-genuine (non MFI) charging cables or adaptors and / or the battery was replaced earlier with aftermarket quality.
NOTE: If you are using a really nice BMS that has active balancing, you can get away with putting healthy, fresh cells in a tired battery pack. This is because such BMS are able to correct the imbalance fast enough. There is still reduced capacity, but not nearly as much as there would be in a battery pack with a lower-end BMS. However be very careful doing this you do not want to put new cells with old cells that are too far apart in true capacity.

You heard me right. You do NOT have to buy a new $50 battery. You do not have to call the company and swear at them because this stupid "defective" battery is only 2 weeks old. (although by all means feel free to do so) You do not have to wait until they ship you a replacement battery to finish your project. You can get that battery up and working in about 5 minutes. A multimeter. (this is actually optional but helpful ... if you don't have one don't worry, you can still fix your battery)
If you charge your battery faster than what it is rated for, it will damage the cells and increase their internal resistance. A higher internal resistance produces more of a voltage drop which hurts performance. Also, a higher resistance makes a battery produce more heat for a given charge and discharge current.
