hi I have bought a new 6 cells battery for my vaio laptop.after 4 or 5 times charging suddenly broke down and it was not charged. i think the charger board , which is into the battery pack damaged. so how can i fix it?
If your battery keeps running down, starting slowly or the temperature is impacting how well your car starts, you may have a problem.
.
Battery Joe has all of your battery needs for Solar Energy, Wind Energy and other Renewable Services at a cost-efficient price.
1). Check your battery parameters are compatible to the charger (at the back of the charger).
Disconnect the front camera/earpiece speaker/proximity sensor with the nylon spudger.
If the battery you are inspecting fails any of those tests, you will have to disassemble the battery down to the cell groups so that you can find out which cell group’s voltage is out of spec. If you find a bad cell group, you will have to break down the battery pack and replace the cell group with cells that match the others in the battery pack as much as possible.
Please direct marriage proposals to my publicist. A certain tool company is *not* interested in proposing marriage to me. So I'd like to make a point of saying I love these tools and use them all the time. Their batteries and chargers on the other hand, could use some improvement.
Thanks for the information. I tried it on a 2ah, using a 12V car battery trickle charger. I got the battery pack up to 11.5 volts; but it still won't charge. Is there a way to see if I have a dead cell (other that cutting the cell connectors) and replace a dead cell? Or, is there something else wrong with my battery? Thanks.

Your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 1000 complete charge cycles. The one-year warranty includes replacement coverage for a defective battery. Apple offers a battery replacement service for all MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro notebooks with built-in batteries.
Also to note, most "old" cell phone chargers are probably 6 volts or less, so not enough to bring the dead cell back up to sufficent voltage for the Ryobi charger to recognize it.

How to choose properly: Any syringe is fine. Although a insulinic one hold edge over others as it is quite thin.
The much larger point is, if you had even a basic comprehension on how rechargable battery backs work you would never find yourself in this situation. Its really not complicated. just remember like 3 basic things

Lead acid batteries are one of the oldest rechargeable batteries since 1800s. How do they work? The principle is based on production of electricity by a chemical reaction. The Sulfuric acid in the electrolyte reacts with the Lead oxide (PbO) and Lead (Pb) to form lead sulfate (PbSO4) which is the main culprit behind wearing out of batteries over years. Lead sulfate crystallizes and the battery stops recharging. When the layers of sulfate are deposited, the battery might permanently stop. How do we bring dead batteries back? By desulfation! The reversal of sulfation allows us to extend battery life.
