Hi battery doctor, I bought a car battery 38Ah for my Nissan Cube and used for 7 months and there after parcked it after noticing a knockin sound. Later after 4 months, I have attended to the knocking sound but now the battery is not holding the charge. I have just noticed the battery acid is a little below the cells level. Do I need to just add distilled water or follow your dead battery reconditioning process, or if better still, drain the battery and refill with fresh battery acid? Hi, I have a laptop battery which is suspect. However, I am not sure whether it is a problem with the cells or a problem with the way the laptop is charging the battery. I have opened up the battery. It is organised into three pairs of cells. Each pair is connected in parallel. I don't want to disconnect the cells from the battery circuit board, so I was wondering if I can connect my 18650 battery charger and charge (in place), each pair of batteries in turn?
