Our Toyota batteries feature special technologies like a formulated electrolyte that reduces water loss and gassing (helping to provide better maintenance-free performance) and also have a reserve capacity, using stored energy to start your vehicle, perfect for when it gets frigid here in Calgary.
So if one goes bad, it's more than likely going to negatively impact the surrounding cells. If left unchecked, a bad lithium-ion battery can overheat and go into thermal runaway, which is never a good thing.

This is an amazing service. Unfortunately, my screen cracked and I had to spend countless hours online getting frustrated with local shops quoting unjustified prices. Tech from RapidRepair came to my home within hours of contacting them gave a standby device to use and returned my device by evening, same day. Amazing convenience and a relative bargain.

You can mix 1 pound of Aluminum sulfate with 1 gallon of boiling distilled water. Blend this mixture until it is clear. Afterwards, fill the cells with this solution and charge the battery. Resultantly, the battery will start to charge faster due to the electrolyte generated from Aluminum sulfate. Another battery reconditioning substitute is Copper sulfate. Hi battery doctor, I bought a car battery 38Ah for my Nissan Cube and used for 7 months and there after parcked it after noticing a knockin sound. Later after 4 months, I have attended to the knocking sound but now the battery is not holding the charge. I have just noticed the battery acid is a little below the cells level. Do I need to just add distilled water or follow your dead battery reconditioning process, or if better still, drain the battery and refill with fresh battery acid? Please help and thank you most sincerely in advance.
If the battery is fully discharged ( like if something stayed on overnight) your battery charger may not work. If so, and you can’t connect directly to another car’s battery, you can remove the dead battery, take it to the other car, and jumper it there. After about 5 minutes, remove the jumper cables and the charger should work.
It's worth noting that many Apple Stores allow walk-in customers to wait for a Genius Bar appointment on the spot, but only if the queue is short enough, so booking a reservation in advance is recommended.
You’re now ready to put in your new battery. Follow these steps to get the job done: Confirm there’s no corrosion on the battery terminals and cables (clean further if necessary). Place the new battery in the battery tray. Reattach the battery holder/clamp. Connect the positive terminal and then the negative terminal.
Hello, I was inquiring about the C7000 series in order to wake up a couple Dell laptop batteries that have resisted taking any charge after being away from the laptop for an extended period of time. I was given the following as part of the response: "Testing Dell Laptop batteries, can however, be a challenge as in many cases they have a protection circuit in the batteries which doesn't allow it to "handshake" or communicate with the analyzer to get the charge going." 1. Is there any reliable way to get around the handshake issue? 2. How do I know which Dell laptop batteries have that problem? 3. I understand it was only the older laptop batteries and not the newer ones that are affected. Is that correct? Thanks, Steve
Your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Apple offers a battery service. Prices and terms may vary.
