Hello, I was inquiring about the C7000 series in order to wake up a couple Dell laptop batteries that have resisted taking any charge after being away from the laptop for an extended period of time. Apparently lithium ion batteries should be "pulse" charged. Which means you hold your wires down for 15 seconds or so, then release them. Then hold them down again. Over and over.
